 You probably know there is different types of laws, but do you what the different types of laws do? Well let’s start with “common law”, common law is a type of law that come from judges’ decisions that rely on common sense and previous cases. For example, you’re not supposed to leave your baby in a car and if you do the judge might argue that you pay a price from previous cases that did the same thing and the baby was in harm.  Statutory law are laws passed by congress or state legislatures. For example, the entire U.S Tax Code is a statutory law. Military laws only concern the military and all branches of the U.S armed forces. Constitutional law is a law interpreting the constitution. Administrative laws affect our daily lives and are created by government agencies. These laws cover health, safety, education, and banking.
