ss.7.c.2.5: safeguards

Although the Bill of Rights give you certain rights, there is also a limit to those rights. We’ll be discussing how the constitution safeguards and limits the Bill of Rights. The constitution limits the amendments by if you use these amendments in anyway shape of harm, it can easily lead you to losing it. For example, let’s look at amendment number 1 freedom of speech, if you falsely yell out “there’s a fire” in a theater your putting everyone in harm by making them panic and pushing and shoving can lead to injuries big or small. Another example is the 9th amendment, although it gives you rights not mentioned in the constitution it doesn’t give you the right to do anything, you can do stuff but as long as it doesn’t put you in harm or anyone else in harm’s way.
